Acceptance of Terms

By accessing tdelectrical.au or engaging TD Electrical to perform services, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

Our Services

TD Electrical provides licensed electrical contracting services to residential, commercial, and industrial clients in accordance with Australian Standards and Victorian legislation, including the Electricity Safety Act 1998.

• All electrical work is subject to site assessment prior to commencement
• We reserve the right to decline work that presents unacceptable safety risks
• Work will be carried out during agreed hours unless otherwise arranged
• You are responsible for ensuring we have safe and legal access to the work site

Quotes and Pricing

• Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated
• Based on information provided at the time of quoting additional work discovered on-site may require a revised quote
• Exclusive of GST unless otherwise stated
• Not binding until accepted in writing or by commencement of work

Payment Terms

• Residential work: payment due on completion of the job
• Commercial and industrial work: payment due within 14 days of invoice
• We accept bank transfer, credit card, and cash
• Late payments may incur interest at 10% per annum from the due date
• We reserve the right to suspend work where outstanding invoices remain unpaid

Ownership of materials supplied by TD Electrical remains with us until payment is received in full.

Limitation of Liability

• TD Electrical's liability for any claim is limited to the cost of services provided in connection with that claim
• We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or economic loss arising from our services
• We are not responsible for pre-existing faults discovered during our work
• Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law

Warranty and Defects

• Workmanship defects reported within 12 months of completion will be rectified at no charge
• Material defects are subject to the manufacturer's warranty terms
• Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse or interference by third parties

Governing Law
